血液热导率的瞬态热线法测试

摘    要:基于无限大介质中的径向一维非稳态导热分析所确立的血液热导率的瞬态热线法原理和前期工作中存在的缺陷(1),对测试装置中的线热源,测温方法及检测技术等进行了改进,改善装置的性能,提高了测试的准确性,用正常人体的新鲜血液进行了测试,并对测试结果的不确定度作了分析,不确定度不超过2.5%。

Abstract:Based on measuring principle of transient line-source method for ther-mal conductivity of blood established by analysis of one-dimensional un-steady heat conduction in infinite medium and defects observed in theprevious work1],the line heat source method and technique of heat mea-suring were further improved, and the performance of the apparatusobviously improved with increased accuracy of measurement.Fresh bloodof a healthy person was used as a sample in the experimental mea-surement. The inaccuracy of the measured results was analyzed to be2.5% .
