四肢软组织血管瘤MSCT诊断13例

目的探讨四肢软组织血管瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像表现及诊断价值。方法回顾分析13例由病理证实的四肢软组织血管瘤的MSCT表现。结果毛细血管型4例，海绵状血管瘤6例，静脉血管瘤2例，混合型1例。血管瘤MSCT平扫表现为软组织肿块，密度均匀、等密度4例，不均匀、混合性密度9例，斑点状钙化或静脉石6例，增强扫描肿瘤明显强化。结论结合肿瘤的形状、密度及强化程度等特点，可提示软组织血管瘤，而肿瘤大小、形状、密度、有无钙化，以及强化特点等有助于与其他肿瘤鉴别。

MSCT evaluation of hemangioma of soft tissue in the extremities

Objective To study the diagnostic value of MSCT(multislice spiral computed tomogramphy)in hemangiomas of soft tissue in the extremityes Methods The MSCT appearance of 13 hemangiomas with pathological confirmation was retro spectively analyzed Results The study population consisted of 4 capillary hemangioma,6 cavernous hemangioma and 2 venous hemangioma,1 mixed Among 13 cases on MSCT scan,the mass appeared isodense to musucular desity in 4,mixed density in 9,and pleholiths or calcifications were seen in 6 on plain MSCT scan After constrast enhancement,the mass were markedly enhanced Conclusion Based on the characteristics of the shape,density and the degree of enhancement,the diagnosis of hemangioma can be suggested Nevertheless,the shape and size of tumors,the density,the presence of calcification and the enhancement features,were useful in differentiating from other tumors
