| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿液红细胞位相检查对泌尿系统疾病的诊断价值。方法运用全自动尿沉渣分析仪与普通显微镜法对两组血尿患者作红细胞位相检查。结果肾性疾病患者血尿红细胞位相检查阳性率为86.1%,而非肾性疾病患者血尿红细胞位相检查阳性率为2.28%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜法两种方法相结合进行尿液红细胞位相的检查对泌尿系统疾病的诊断具有相当的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of urine erythrocyte phase in diagnosing urinary system disease.Methods Urine erythrocyte phase examination of two group pationts with hematuria were detected by full-automatic urinary sediment analyzer and ordinary microscope.Results The positive expression rate of hematuria erythrocyte phase in glomerulopathy group was 86.1%,non-glomerulopathy group was 2.28%,The difference has statistical meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion Urine erythrocyte phase examination with full-automatic urinary sediment analyzer combining ordinary microscope had significance in diagnosing urinary system disease. |
