母牛分枝杆菌菌苗和草分枝杆菌菌苗辅助治疗初治涂阳肺结核的近期疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察和评论母牛分枝杆菌菌苗和草分枝杆菌菌苗对初治涂阳肺结核的辅助治疗作用。方法将180例初治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为3组,每组60例,疗程6个月。第一组为常规抗结核药物+母牛分枝杆菌菌苗,第二组为常规抗结核药物+草分枝杆菌菌苗,第三组为单纯抗结核药物。分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月末、2个月末、4个月末、6个月末时痰菌的转阴情况,X线胸片显示病变吸收情况。结果治疗1个月末3组病变吸收和痰涂片转阴率无明显差异;治疗6个月末,母牛分枝杆菌和草分枝杆菌组病变吸收率及痰涂片转阴率均明显高于对照组。结论母牛分枝杆菌和草分枝杆菌明显改变肺结核患者细胞免疫功能,加快病变的吸收和痰菌的转阴速度,两种免疫辅助药疗效相当。

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Mycobacterium vaccace vaccine and Mycobacterium Phlei in treating initial smear positive tuberculosis patient. Methods 180 initial smear prositive tuberculosis patients were divided into three groups, named group A, group B and group C randomly. There are 60 patients in each group. The former group was treated for six months. Group A was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs, and Mycobacterium Vaccace Vaccine;Group B was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs and Mycobacterium phler; and Group C was simply treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs, the change of the absorption of the focus and sputum conversion were observed before the treatment, after one month , two month,four month,six month treatment. Result There was no difference for the obsorption of the focus and sputum conversion rate among the three groups after one month treatment. The absorption of the focus and sputum conversion rate in group A and B were higher than group C after six month treatment. Conclusion Mycobacterium Vaccace Vaccine and Mycobacterium Phlei can improve tuberculosis patients,cellular immune function obviously, accelerate sputum conversion rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis patients and the absorption of focus. However, there is no different between groups A and B.
