左氧氟沙星两种给药方案治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的药物经济学分析

目的：对左氧氟沙星2种给药方案治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的效果进行经济学评价。方法：将84例泌尿生殖系统感染患者随机分为A、B组。B组给予左氧氟沙星注射液连续静脉滴注治疗;A组给予左氧氟沙星注射液-左氧氟沙星片序贯治疗,观察疗效并进行经济学分析。结果：两组在临床疗效、不良反应发生率及细菌学清除率方面无显著差异（P〈0.05）,但B组的治疗费用却明显高于A组（P〈0.05）。结论：左氧氟沙星序贯治疗泌尿生殖系统感染方案较佳。

Pharmacoeconomic Analysis of Two Therapeutic Schemes of Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Genitourinary Infections

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic outcome of two therapeutic schemes of levofloxacin in the treatment of genicourinary infection.METHODS：A total of 84 patients with genitourinary infections were randomly divided into Group A and Group B：Group B was treated with Levofloxacin injection by iv gtt,while group A with sequential therapy of Levofloxacin injection followed by Levofloxacin tablets.The therapeutic effects were observed and the pharmacoeconomic analysis was conduced.RESULTS：There were no significant differences（P〉0.05） between the two groups in clinical efficacy,incidence rate of ADRs and germ-clearance rate（P〉0.05）,but the treatment cost in Group B was higher than in group A（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION：Sequential therapy with levofloxacin injection followed by Levofloxacin tablets is the optimal scheme for genitourinary infections.
