| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸痹通胶囊治疗冠心病的疗效及机制。方法 将96例冠心痛病人随机分为胸痹通胶囊组（治疗组）49例及心可舒组（对照组）47例，分别用胸痹通胶囊和心可舒治疗1个疗程，观察两组的临床疗效及血脂、血液流变学等指标。结果 经治疗1个疗程后治疗组临床症状，总有效率93．9％明显优于对照组的78．7％（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后胆固醇、三酰甘油均较治疗前有明显降低；治疗组血液流变学指标与治疗前比较，除红细胞比容、血沉外均有明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论 胸痹通胶囊对冠心病有良好的治疗效果，其作用优于心可舒。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects and the mechanism of Xiongbitong capsule on coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into two groups:Xiongbitong capsule group treated with Xiongbitong and Xinkeshu group treated with Xinkeshu for a month.Results The effective rate of Xiongbitong capsule group and Xinkeshu group were 93.9% and 78.7%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiongbitong capsule was effective for coronary heart disease, and its effect was better than that of Xinkeshu. |
