| 摘 要： | 目的评价左旋氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压的有效性和安全性。方法68例原发性高血压患者服用左旋氨氯地平，疗程6个月。结果68例患者中显效42例（61．7％），有效22例（32．3％），无效4例（6．O％）总有效率97．1％，治疗2周后与治疗前比较，坐位血压明显下降，治疗前为（157±15）／（102±12）mmHg，治疗后为（142±12）／（92±6）mmHg，但心率无明显变化（P〉0．05）。检测24h动态血压，计算降压谷峰比值率〉65％。结论左旋氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压安全有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of the effectiveness and safety of Levamlodipine Besylate tablets in the treatment in old patients with essential hypertension. Methods 68 cases of essential hypertension taking Le- vamlodipine Besylate Tablets, course of 6 months. Results Markedly effective in 42 cases（61.7% ） , effctive in 22 cases（32. 3% ,invalid in 4 cases（6. 0% ） ,and the total effective power was 97.1%. Sitting blood pressure decreased significantly two weeks after treatment compared with before treatment, before treatment： （ 157 ± 15 ）/ （ 102 ± 12） mm Hg; after treatment： （ 142 ±12/92 ± 6） mm Hg. No significant change on heart rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Detection of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and alculate the ratio of buck-peak rate 〉 65%. Conclusions In the treatment of essential hypertension in old patients, Levamlodipine besylate tablets is safe and effective. |
