摘    要:目的:观察常年性变应性鼻炎(perennial allergic rhinitis,PAR)丙酸氟替卡松鼻内应用对趋化因子Eotaxin的影响.方法:选择25例PAR患者,用丙酸氟替卡松进行鼻内治疗,采用ELISA法分别测定治疗前后血清、鼻分泌物中趋化因子Eoxtain含量,同时与正常人进行比较.结果:PAR患者血清和鼻腔分泌物中Eotaxin的含量明显高于正常人(P<0.05).经丙酸氟替卡松鼻内治疗后,PAR患者的症状和体征明显减轻的同时,Eotaxin的含量显著下降(P<0.05),甚至表现出比正常还低的趋势.结论:丙酸氟替卡松鼻内治疗PAR能降低趋化因子Eotaxin的含量,进而抑制变应性炎症的发生,这可能为其发挥作用途径之一.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of intranasal fluticasone propionate on chemokine eotaxin in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Methods: Levels of eotaxin in serum and nasal secretion were determined by ELISA in 25 PAR patients before and after they were treated with intranasal fluticasone propionate, and the results were compared with those of the normal controls. Results: The level of eotaxin in serum and nasal secretion of PAR patients was significantly higher than that of the normal controls (P<0.05). After treatment with intranasal fluticasone propionate, the clinic symptoms and signs were alleviated and the level of eotaxin in serum and nasal secretion was decreased significantly (P<0.05), to a level even lower than that of the normal controls. Conclusion: These results indicate that intranasal fluticasone propionate can decrease the level of eotaxin in PAR and alleviate allergic inflammation in nasal mucosa.
