饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的气相色谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立测定饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳含量毛细管气相色谱法。方法采用DB-5毛细管柱和电子捕获检测器测定,外标法定量。结果样品加标回收率三氯甲烷为95.07%~104.80%,四氯化碳为89.94%~96.17%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.06%。结论该方法简便、快速,适合饮用水中氯仿和四氯化碳含量的测定。

Abstract:[Objective] To establish the method of capillary column gas chromatography for determining nitrochloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water.[Methods] DB-5 capillary column and Electron Capture Detector(ECD) were applied for the determination;external label method was used for quantification.[Results] The samples' labeled recovery rates for nitrochloroform and tetrachloromethane were 95.07%~104.80% and 89.94%~96.17% respectively;the RSD was below 2.06%.[Conclusion]This method is simple and rapid to operate and is applicable for the determination of nitrochloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water.
