16层螺旋CT血管造影在颅内动脉瘤中的应用价值

目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法28例疑有颅内动脉瘤患者均行16层CTA和DSA检查,对CTA的表现结合DSA和手术结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组28例经CTA共检出动脉瘤27个,其中25个经手术和DSA证实。1例CTA显示动脉瘤2个,DSA只显示1个,另1例CTA显示可疑动脉瘤2个,DSA显示正常。16层CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为89.2%,特异性为100%,准确性为96.4%。结论16层CTA在显示颅内动脉瘤方面可与DSA媲美,有重要临床应用价值。

Application of 16-slice spiral CT Angiography in Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysm

Objective To assess the value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA)in detecting intracranial aneurysm.Methods 28 patients suspected with intracranial aneurysms underwent CTA and DSA examination,CTA features of aneurysms were retrospectively analysed in comparison with that of DSA and operation.Results 27 intracranial aneurysms in 28 cases were detected by CTA,of them,25 were confirmed by DSA and surgery.Two aneurysms were showed in one cases by CTA,but only one was showed by DSA.In another one case,two aneurysms suspected by CTA,but was normal on DSA.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 16-slice spiral CTA in detecting the aneurysms were 89.2%,100% and 94.6% respectively.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CTA is the same as DSA in displaying intracranial aneurysms,therefore,CTA has very important clinical value in diagnosis of intracranical aneurysms.
