手部腱鞘巨细胞瘤

本文报告２３例手部腱鞘巨细胞瘤的治疗结果，病变同时存在手腕，手掌及手指者８例、手掌６例、手背侧３例，手指６例。２３例均作病变广泛切除，１９例治愈、４例复发，本组无恶变，无截肢（指）病例。我们提出手术切口的充分显露及病变部位腱鞘、滑膜的彻底切除是减少复发的关键，放射治疗对本病无明显疗效。

Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath in the hand

Giant-cell tumor of tendon sheath in the hand were repurted to assess the surgical treatment of thisdisease. 23 cases were treated with extensive resection.The locations of the tumors are: 8 in thewrists,,palms and digits; 6 in the palms; 3 in the dorsum of the hand; 6 in the digits. Nineteen caseswere cured after operation. There were recurrences in 4 cases. No malignant change occurred and noamputation needed in this series. We believed that adequate exposure and radical resection of the affected tendon sheath or synovium were the key to reduce recurrence. Radiation therapy have no effect onthis disease.
