脑恶性胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗的预后因素分析

目的探讨脑恶性胶质瘤术后=三维适形放疗的预后因素。方法收集我科行三维适形放疗的脑恶性胶质瘤患者91例，年龄19～73岁，中位年龄58岁。采用Log—rank检验组间差异，Cox回归模型进行多因素分析。结果全组生存时间3～38个月，中位生存时间11个月。单因素分析显示年龄≥60岁、KPS〈60分及原发肿瘤／〉5cm是预后不良因素，而性别与是否化疗对预后则无明显影响。多因素分析仅显示年龄是独立预后因素，HR：1．9548，95％CI：1．2883—2．9662，P=0．0016。结论年龄是脑恶性胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗的独立预后因素，年龄i〉60岁的患者预后较差。

Analysis of the prognostic factors of postoperative 3D-CRT for glioblastoma

Objective To investigate prognostic factor of 3DCRT for glioblastoma patients. Methods 91 patients （aged 19 -73, median age = 58） with glioblastoma were treated via 3D - CRT in our department. Differences between groups was tested by Log - rank, and muhivariate analysis was conducted by Cox regression model. Result The survival duration was 3 - 38 months, with the median survival time of l I months. Single factor analysis showed that the poor prog- nostic factors included age ≥ 60, KPS 〈 60 and primary tumor size≥ 5 cm, while gender and chemotherapy have no marked effect on prognosis. Multivariable analysis revealed that age is an independent prognostic factor, HR = 1. 9548, 95% CI = 1. 2883 - 2. 9662, P = 0. 0016. Conclusion Age is an independent prognostic factor of postoperative 3D - CRT in glioblastoma. Patients aged 260 have poor prognosis.
