| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电图运动试验(TET)前后QRS时间变化对冠心病辅助诊断价值。方法选择临床确诊的冠心病者(A组,n=66)和非冠心病者(B组,n=45),在全程心电图监护情况下行TET。测量运动前后的QRS时间改变,并与ST段指标等常规TET诊断标准的检测结果进行对比分析。结果 A组运动后QRS时间延长(F=17.45,P<0.01),而B组缩短(F=13.32,P<0.01)。用Bazett公式校正QRS波群时间,A组运动后明显延长(F=32.56,P<0.01),B组无改变(F=0.91,P>0.05)。以QRS波群变化±4ms以上为标准,A组运动后QRS波群时间延长39例,占59.1%,而B组运动后QRS波群时间缩短26例,占57.8%。结论 TET后QRS时间改变,可在ST段等指标基础上提高对冠心病诊断的准确性。 |
