| 摘 要： | 目的:优选痛风胶囊的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以大黄素、大黄酚、秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素含量结合出膏量为考察指标,采用正交设计法,对溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数等影响因素进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:药材分别加70%乙醇7倍量,提取2次,每次2 h。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extractive process of Tongfeng capsule.Methods: The extractive procedure was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of emodin,chrysophanol,aesculin,aesculetin and the dry extract yield as the index.The extractive time,solvent concentration,solvent amount and extraction frequency were optimized.Results: The extractive process consisted of adding 7-fold of 70% ethanol,decocting 2 times,and 2 h for each time.Conclusion: The optimized extractive technique is stable and efficient with high yields. |
