| 摘 要： | 本文报告用顺铂加足叶乙甙联合腹腔内灌注,治疗恶性腹水16例,显效7例(43.8％),有效5例(31.3％),总有效率为75.0％(12/16).其中胃癌10例中9例有效.毒性反应主要为少数病人有轻度恶心、呕吐、骨髓抑制很轻微,未发现局部毒副作用.认为该疗法对晚期癌症病人并发恶性腹水者安全有效. |

| Abstract: | Combind chemotherapy with cisplatin 50mg and etoposide 100mg given intraperitoneally to 16 patients with malignant ascites. The response rate was 75. 0%(12/16),7 complete and 5 partial. Of 10 cases with ascites from gastric carcinoma,9 achieved remission. A few of the patients experienced mild nausea, vomitting and myelosuppres-sion. No local toxicity was found. The authors considered that this therpay was effective and safe in patients with advanced cancer complicated by malignant ascites. |
