| 摘 要： | 本组收治的15例脊椎血管瘤都具有症状,除患病部位、下肢疼痛及麻木外,伴双下肢瘫痪者7例,多数为中晚期病人。因其解剖部位及病变弥散的关系,仅单纯手术治疗远期效果不佳。我们采用单纯放疗或椎板切除减压合并放疗,使疗效明显提高,经放疗后14例中有13例症状消失或基本消失。即使出现脊髓压迫而发生双下肢瘫痪者,经及时放疗或椎板切除减压后立即放疗,都能收到满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Fifteen cases of angioma of the spine with various symptoms, including pain, numbness and paralysis were treated with radiotherapy either alone or in combination with laminectomy and decompression surgery. Symptoms disappeared or almost disappeared after irradiation in all but 2 patients. In the latter two patients one failed to receive sufficient irradiation because of leucopenia and culminated in paralysis. The other case who received radiotherapy 27 months after surgery showed no significant symptomatic improvement despite full dose administration.Reossification after treatment was demonstrated roentgenographically in 8 cases in 1 year and 12 cases in 2 years. |
