1242例胃癌术后近期的并发症及其防治

本文报道1442例胃癌,手术治疗1242例,手术率86.13％,手术切除1016例,手术切除率81.80％,术后发生各种并发症123例,发生率9.90％,计胸腔感染25例(2.01％),吻合口瘘19例(1.52％),腹腔感染19例(1.52％)粘连性肠梗阻15例(1.2O％)等.本组1242例手术中.死亡25例,死亡率为2.01％.其中吻合口瘘11例(0.88％),其次胸腔,肺部感染6例(0.48％)为主要死因.本文对常见并发症的发生原因加以分析并提出其防治意见.

Postoperative Complications in Gastric Cancer and Their Prevention An Analysis of 1242 Cases

Among 1242 cases of surgically treated stomach cancers from June 1972 to February 1990,1016 cases were gastrectomies with a resection rate of 81. 80%. The surgical procedures done included total gastrectomy(21 0 cases) , proximal partial gastrectomy(147 cases)and distal partial gastrectomy (659 cases). Postoperative complications were observed in 123 cases with a rate of 9. 9% .including anastomotic leakage,thoracic and/or peritoneal infection. Twenly five cases died of either persistent anastomotic fistulous formation,thoracic or lung spesis.
