高血压脑出血微创碎吸术的并发症及其防治

目的探讨微创碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的常见并发症及其防治方法。方法选取我院住院接受微创碎吸术的高血压脑出血患者146例,总结手术相关并发症的种类,分析其发生原因、临床症状并提出相关防治措施。结果微创碎吸术后常见并发症有发热、颅内感染、脑心综合征等,轻者无需处理,重者需紧急再次手术治疗。结论接受微创穿刺术患者术后常见并发症较多,应有重点地积极给予防治,以降低死亡率、改善预后。

Prevention and therapy in complications of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by microinvasive craniopuncture

Objective To discuss the prevention and therapy in the complications of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by microinvasive craniopuncturc. Methods 146 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were given microinvasive craniopuncture were investigated We analyzed the sorts of itself complications ,the reasons, clinical symptoms, and summarized preventable measures. Results The symptoms of microinvasive craniopuncture were not so rare, such as fever, intracranial infection, brain-heart syndrome. The urgent cases must be given emergency surgery operation. Conclusion The complications of microinvayive craniopuncture are common in patients. We should prevent them and cure them positively to cut down death rate and improve the level of prognosis.
