喉癌p53蛋白表达的临床意义

采用ＬＳＡＢ免疫组化法，以抗ｐ５３蛋白单克隆抗体ＤＯ－１检测４４例喉鳞癌ｐ５３蛋白表达情况。结果显示：２５例（５６．９％）喉鳞癌中ｐ５３蛋白呈阳性表达，对照组１６例声带息肉全部呈阴性表达。在与临床指标的相关性分析中发现，ｐ５３蛋白表达与喉癌临床分型、分期及淋巴结转移不相关，而与肿瘤分化程度密切相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明：ｐ５３蛋白表达与喉癌的发生有关，可作为喉癌诊断和鉴别诊断的辅助依据，并对肿瘤恶性程度的评估及预后判定有一定价值。

Expression of p53 protein in laryngeal carcinoma and its clinlcal significance

The LSAB immunohistochemical method and the monoclonal antibody DO-1 to p53 were used in this study to detect p53 protein expression in 44 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).The results showed that the p53 protein expression in 25(56.9%)of 44 LSCC was positive and that 16 cases of benign laryngeal nodules in the control group was negative.The expression of p53 protein was closely related to the differentiation of LSCC(P<0.01).These findings suggest that the p53 protein expression may be related to the occurrence of LSCC and may be valuable in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of LSCC.The detection of p53 protein may have some significant clinical importance in the judgement of the malignant level and the evaluation of the prognosis of LSCC.
