口服中药汤剂所致的不良反应临床分析

目的:对口服中药汤剂所致的不良反应进行分析。方法:对我院所出现的19例由于口服中药汤剂所导致的不良反应患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:其出现的不良反应主要为过敏反应,其中包括神经系统、消化系统、血液系统等的不良反应。其不良反应治疗均在停药之后,对症治疗即可。结论:口服中药汤剂可导致不良反应,只有坚持辨证治疗,熟悉药物疗效,考虑到各种影响因素,才能有效的减少不良反应的出现。

Clinical analysis on the adverse effects from oral administration TCM decoction

Objective： To analyze me aaverse caused by TCM decoction for oral use were analyzed. Results： The main adverse reactions were allergic reactions, including the nervous system, digestive system, blood system and other adverse reactions. The adverse reactions appeared after drug withdrawal, thus symptomatic treatment should be given. Conclusion： TCM decoction for oral use can cause adverse reactions. Only by adhering to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, familiar with the drug efficacy and considering the effects of various factors can effectively reduce the adverse reactions.
