| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病(DM)中良性前列腺增生(BPH)与体重、血糖、胰岛素抵抗等代谢指标的关系。方法对244例DM患者按是否合并BPH分为两组,将其临床资料进行对比。结果 BPH组与非BNP组相比在年龄(68.46±13.78 vs62.11±11.03)、体重指数(BMI)(27.3±2.7 vs 25.4±2.4)、空腹血糖(FPG)(7.78±2.37 vs 6.83±2.49)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)(7.72±2.11 vs 6,93±1.67)等方面都存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者中肥胖、高血糖促进BPH的进展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the metabolic indexes of type 2 diabetes, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, weight, blood glucose and insulin resistance, Methods 244 cases of DM patients were divided into two groups according to whether the merger of BPH, and made a comparison of their clinical data. Results Compared with BPH group, the non-BPH group has significant differences（ P 〈 0.05）in aspects such as age（68.46 ± 13.78 vs 62.11 ± 11.03, body mass index（BMI） （27.3± 2.7 vs 25.4± 2.4, fasting blood glucose（FBG） （7.78 ±2.37 vs 6.83 ± 2.49, glycated hemoglobin, （HbA1C） （7.72 ± 2.11 vs 6.93 ± 1. 67）. Conclusion In type 2 diabetes, high blood glucose and obesity can promote the progress of BPH. |
