| 摘 要： | 目的：观察养血清脑颗粒和黛力新治疗抑郁症的临床疗效对照。方法：将符合标准的患者按随机的方法。分为治疗组40例，对照组40例，依据HAMD减分率评定临床疗效，采用副反应量表（TESS）评定治疗后的不良反应。结果：两组患者的抑郁症状均有明显改善，与治疗前相比均有极显著性差异。治疗组总有效率80．75％，对照组总有效率90．00％，两组疗效无显著性差异P〉0．05。结论：养血清脑颗粒和黛力新治疗卒中后抑郁均能发挥良好疗效，且养血清脑颗粒副作用小，临床耐受性好，值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating 80 cases of depressive disorder with Yangxue Qingnao granula |

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao granula and Deanxit on treating depressive disorder. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The clinical efficacies were evaluated by HAMD scores, and the adverse effects were investigated by TESS. Results： The total effective rates in the treated group and the control group were 80.75% and 90.00%, with no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Yangxue Qingnao granula and Deanxit both had good effects. |
