宁泌泰胶囊联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石80例疗效观察

目的:观察坦索罗辛联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:将160例输尿管结石患者随机分为坦索罗辛加宁泌泰胶囊治疗组(n=80)和坦索罗辛对照组(n=80),治疗时间为2周,观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、疼痛不适症状、并发症发生率差异。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,在结石排出率、排出时间方面均有明显效果,但坦索罗辛联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗组疗效较对照组更显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坦索罗辛联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗输尿管结石疗效确切,耐受性良好。

Clinical analysis on treating 80 cases ofureteral calculus with Ningmitai capsule and Tamsulosin capsule

Objective： To investigate the effect of Nimitai capsule combied with Tamsulosin capsule on treating ureteral calculus. Methods： 160 patients with ureteral calculus were divided into group one（n =80） and group two（n =80）. Group one received the treatnent of Nimitai capsule combied with Tamsulosin capsule, while Group two received the treatnent of Tamsulosin capsule. After two weeks, the rate and time of lithecbole and the pain in both groups were observed and compared. Results： The rate of lithecbole in group one was higher than this in Group two, with signifcant differences （P〈0.05）. The time of lithecbole in group one was shoter than this in the group two, with signifcant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect in Group one which received the treatnent of nimitai capsule combied with tamsulosin capsule is better than Group two.
