| Abstract: | examethasone phosphate sodium in eye drops was determined directly by K ratio spectrophotometry at 242nm and 255.5 nm without separation.This method could eliminate the interference of ethylparaben.The average recovery and the coefficients of variation were 99.5% and 0.37% ,respectively. |
