干扰素治疗病毒性肝炎120例的不良反应监察与分析

本文对１２０例慢性乙型和丙型病毒性肝炎患者使用干扰素治疗的不良反应进行系统监察。结果表明：发生流感样症状占７０．８％，外周血象异常者３９．２％，ＡＬＴ一过性增高占１８．３％，肾肠道反应７．１％，其它还有皮疹（２例），轻度脱发（２例），血糖升高（２例）等。不同年龄组出现药物不良反应的比例有一定差异，老年患者明显低于儿童和成年人组。

Monitoring the adverse drug reactions of interferonin treatment 120 patients with virus hepatitis

he article presents a result by monrtoring the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) inducuced by interferon in pa-tients with chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis C. It showed that: flulike syndrome occured in 70. 8% of all patients ,theratio of hematocytopenia was 39. 2% ,transient elevations of ALT levels were 18. 3% ,and gastrointestinal side ef-fects occured in 7. 1%. Occasionally rash (2 cases) , mild transient boldness (2 cases) and hyperglycosemia (2cases) occured. The ratio of ADRs occured in aging people was lower than in middle aged people and children.
