摘    要:
本实验将碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)应用于大任意皮瓣,观察bFGF对缺血皮瓣的坏死率,皮瓣局部组织中超氧化歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响,初步探讨bFGF对皮瓣存活的作用机制。结果显示:bFGF治疗组与肝素盐水组比较;(1)皮瓣坏死率明显降低,皮瓣下肉芽组织层明显增厚,毛细血管和成纤维细胞明显增多;(2)中,远段皮瓣中SOD含量术后24h,48h明显升高;(3

Abstract:
An animal model of caudally based random skin flap was established in 54 Wistar rats to observe the effects of bFGF on skin flap survial, SOD, MDA and NO in skin flap tissues. The results showed that in bFGF treated group, flap necrosis was significantly lower, MDA and NO reduced significantly, and SOD elevated at the middle and distal parts as compared with those in the control group. These findings suggest that bFGF treatment may result in an improvement of the ischemic flap survival and an alleviation of the lipid peroxidation.
