| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缓解期精神分裂症患者心理缺陷感的程度,以寻求此类精神分裂症患者适合的护理对策。方法随机选择50例住院缓解期的精神分裂症患者作为研究组,50例正常人作为对照组,两组采用缺陷感量表(FIS)对其心理缺陷感进行调查。结果住院缓解期精神分裂症患者FIS评分均低于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论缓解期的精神分裂症患者存在着明显的心理缺陷感,恰当而及时的护理将有助于改善其心理缺陷感,有利于患者的病情稳定和提高其社会适应能力。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the feeling inadequacy of schizophrenic inpatients in remission and explore the nursing countermeasures. Method FIS was used to assess the feeling inadequacy both in experiment group which included 50 schizophrenic inpatients in remission and in control group which included 50 healthy individuals. Result The scores of FIS of schizophrenic inpatients in remission were lower than that of healthy individuals. Conclusions There was significant feeling inadequacy on the schizophrenic inpatients in remission. Appropriate nursing can help to improve the feeling inadequacy and thus can stabilize patients' state of illness. |
