骨质疏松的中医辨证分型研究

目的：研究骨质疏松症的中医辨证分型特点,为骨质疏松症的中医诊断、治疗和研究提供科学的依据与参考。方法：用LUNAR公司生产的DPX-MD＋双能X线骨密度仪对贵阳地区2008年～2010年1000例年龄为20～79岁的人群进行BMD测定,测定部位包括腰椎1至腰椎4椎体、右股骨近端,以峰值BMD减低2.0SD为诊断骨质疏松症标准,对其中有骨质疏松的人群（198例）进行中医辨证分型,并分析各型所占比例。结果：骨质疏松症中医证型特点有一定规律。各证型发生概率依次是：肾虚、脾肾两虚、肝肾阴虚、瘀血阻络。结论：骨质疏松症以虚证居多,尤其是肾虚为主,治疗应以补肾为主,并结合中医辨证施治。

The Study of Differentiation of Osteoporosis by TCM

Objective:To study the characteristics of differentiation of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine,provide a scientific basis and reference for the diagnosis,treatment and research of osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Bone mineral density was measured by DPX-MD + Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry produced by the LUNAR Corporatio in 1000 patients aged 20-79 years old in Guiyang from 2008 to 2011.The lumbar vertebral body from1 to 4 and proximal femur were the measurement sites.The diagnostic criterion of osteoporosis was the peak of BMD less than 2.0 SD.Differentiation of osteoporosis was taken in 198 patients;and the proportion of differentiation of osteoporosis were analysised.Results: There were certain rules in characteristics of Chinese medicine dialectical classification of osteoporosis.Probabilities of occurrence of the syndrome were kidney insufficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,stasis of congestion.Conclusions: Deficiency pattern was the majority of Chinese dialectical classification of osteoporosis,kidney insufficiency was the most common deficiency pattern;treatment should be based on kidney mainly,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification.
