| 摘 要： | 目的测定罗哌卡因用于硬膜外分娩镇痛的半数有效浓度（EC50）并观察芬太尼对罗哌卡因EC50的影响。方法随机将90例产妇分为A组（单纯罗哌卡因）、B组（罗哌卡因＋1μg／mE芬太尼）、C组（罗哌卡因＋2μg／mL芬太尼）各30例，罗哌卡因的浓度按序贯实验法进行调整。以视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估镇痛效果，VAS≤1cm为有效，VAS〉1cm为无效。按Dixon法计算罗哌卡因EC50的值。结果A组EC50为0．156％，B组EC50为0．150％，C组EC50为0．114％。C组EC50显著低于A、B组（P〈0．01），B组EC50与A组EC50无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论罗哌卡因硬膜外分娩镇痛的EC50为0．156％。2μg／mL芬太尼可以降低硬膜外罗哌卡因分娩镇痛的半数有效浓度，是分娩镇痛中复合罗哌卡因适宜的浓度。
