| Abstract: | Carrying out special policies and special management system are two basic specific features of the world's economic special zones. These basic specific features constitute two theoretical prerequisite for Special Zone Economics. This article focuses on the theoretical of analysis the carrying out of special policies and special management system in economic special zones with an aim to making theoretical preparation for constituting the theory system of Special Zone Economics. |
