福建汉族急性淋巴细胞白血病及慢性粒细胞白血病HLA-DRB1基因分析

目的探讨HLA-DRB1基因多态性与急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）、慢性粒细胞白血病（CML）之间的关联。方法用聚合酶链反应-序列特异引物（PCR-SSP）方法，对32例ALL、33例CML患者和104例健康志愿者的HLA-DRB1基因进行分型并分析HLA-DRB1基因的分布。结果与正常对照组相比，ALL患者的HLA-DRB1＊06的基因频率明显增高，为15．63％，RR=3．84，χ^2=8．01，P〈0．001；CML患者的HLA-DRB1＊09的基因频率明显增高，为24．24％，RR=3．14，χ^2=7．82，P〈0．01，结论HLA-DRB1＊06与急性淋巴细胞白血病有关联，HLA-DRB1＊09与慢性粒细胞白血病有关联。

Analysis of HLA-DRB1 alleles in Fujian Chinese patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and chronic myelogenous leukemia

ObjectiveTo clarify the association of HLA-DRB1 alleles in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML).Methods HLA-DRB1 allele frequencies in 32 Chinese patients with ALL,33 Chinese patients with CML and 104 healthy Chinese individuals were examined with polymerase chain reaction-specific sequence primers(PCR-SSP)methods.Results The gene frequency of HLA-DRB106 in all patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls(15.63% vs 5.29%,P<0.001).The relative risk of HLA-DRB106 to ALL is 3.84.The gene frequency of HLA-DRB109 in CML patients is significantly higher than that in healthy controls(24.24% vs 11.54%,P<0.01).The relative risk of HLA-DRB1*06 to CML is 3.14.The present results suggest positive association of HLA-DRB1*06 with ALL,and HLA-DRB1*09 with CML respectively.Conclusion HLA-DRB1*06 and HLA-DRB1*09 alleles seem to contribute to the genetic susceptibility for patients with ALL and CML respectively.
