斜角带核向扣带皮质的定位和分支投射—HRP法和荧光双标记法研究

TOPOGRAPHICAL AND BRANCHING PROJECTIONS FROM DIAGONAL BAND NUCLEUS TO CINGULATE CORTEX WITH HRP AND FLUORESCENCE DOUBLE LABELING METHODS

The topographical and branching projections from the vertical limb of the diagonal band nucleus (VDB) and the horizontal limb of the diagonal band nucleus (HDB) in rat were studied with HRP and fluorescence double labeling methods. The results of the study with HRP method showed that the dorsal and ventral parts of VDB and HDB projected to Areas 24, 32 and 25 of the anterior cingulate cortex and Areas 23 and 29 of posterior cingulate cortex, and the projections to the posterior cingulate cortex were more than those to the anterior cingulate cortex. The re-sults of the study with fluorescence double labeling method showed that there were only a few branching projections from the dorsal and ventral parts of VDB and HDB to different areas of the cingulate cortex.
