| 摘 要： | 目的探讨唾液乳酸脱氢酶（LD）活性及其同工酶在诊断牙周病中的意义。方法牙周病患者52例（其中牙龈炎18例、中度牙周炎23例和重度牙周炎11例）和健康对照20例被纳入研究。测定所有受试者总LD活性其及同工酶含量，并比较同工酶的相对含量和绝对含量的诊断性能。结果LD酶在所观察的疾病组间差异均有统计学意义（F=14．297，P=0．000）。ROC曲线分析显示：对诊断牙周病总LD活性与同工酶绝对含量较佳，其特异性在90．0％～100．0％，敏感度在69．2％～76．2％，Youden指数在0．592～0．731，阳性预测值在95．1％～100．0％，阴性预测值在56．3％-76．2％60．0，曲线下的面积在0．836～0．896。相对含量检测无统计学意义。结论唾液LD及其同工酶活性可能反映牙周组织损伤，提示LD及其同工酶可能是易于诊断牙周病的有用指标。但同工酶的相对含量测定对诊断牙周病的意义不大。
