选择性头部低温对家兔脑缺血后再灌流ATP酶的影响

摘    要:
我们在阻断无名动脉、左锁骨下动脉和两侧内乳动脉伴低血压的家兔脑血后再灌流模型中观察到,缺血30min后,脑皮质三种ATP酶活力均无明显改变;常温再灌60min后,Na+,K^+-ATP酶活力明显降低(P<0.01)。然而在经左颈总动脉以冷血再灌注的低温再灌流组中,该酶活力得到了有效的保护(P<0.01)。用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)治疗,则未见保护作用(P<0.05)。提示低温

Abstract:
In the model of cerebral ischemia achieved by clamping innominate and left subclavian areries with controlled hypotension after previous ligation of internal mammary arteries,the activities of three types of ATPase in cerebral cortex were not changed after 30 min cerebral ischemia,and the activity of Na~+. K~+-ATPase was reduced signifi- cantly after 60 min normothermie reperfusion(P<0.01). However,the enzyme activity was protected by left carotid artery irrigation of coolen blood in hypothermic reperfusion group(P<0.01). No beneficial effect on Na~+. K~+ - ATPase in superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)treatment group during reperfusion(P<0.05). There- sults suggested that selective cerebral hypothermia might playa key role for brain resuscifation in early reperfusion period,which might be due to general inhibition effect of hypothermia on reperfusion damage.
