雷氏丹参片佐治缺血性心肌病伴心功能不全的长期疗效评价

目的:评价丹参片长期辅助治疗缺血性心肌病伴心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:入选100例缺血性心肌病伴心功能不全患者随机分为丹参组和常规组各50例,丹参组在常规组治疗基础上加用丹参片(每日3次,每次3片),疗程1年。观察治疗前后心功能分级、6 m in步行距离和心超指标的变化,以及心血管事件发生率和病死率。结果:丹参组对心功能分级和6 m in步行距离的改善较常规组显著有效(P<0.05);常规治疗基础上加用丹参能进一步缩小左心室舒张和收缩末期内径,增加左心室射血分数(P<0.05);丹参组的心血管事件发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上长期加用丹参片能改善缺血性心肌病伴心功能不全患者的心功能、提高生活质量、改善心室重构,减少心血管事件发生。

Evaluation of long-term efficacy of supplementary Lei''''s Danshen Tablet therapy in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure

AIM: To evaluate the long-term clinical efficacy of supplementary Danshen Tablet therapy in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure. METHODS: 100 ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart fai-lure were randomly assigned into two groups,Danshen group(50 patients) and conventional therapy group(50 patients).The patients in Danshen group were administrated Danshen Tablet(three tablets a time,three times a day) plus conventional therapy for one year.NYHA functional class,6 min walking-distance,echocardiographic indices,major-adverse-cardiovascular-events(MACE) and mortality were evaluated before and after 1 year therapy.(RESULTS):(After) 1 year therapy,the improvements of NYHA functional class and 6 min walking-distance were more significantly effective in Danshen group than those in conventional group(P<(0.05)).Conventional therapy plus Danshen Tablet further significantly decreased left ventricular end-diastolic and-systolic dimension and increased LV ejection fraction than conventional therapy alone(P<(0.05)).Danshen group had significantly lower MACE than the conventional group(P<(0.05)). CONCLUSION: Long-term supplementary Danshen Tablet therapy may improve cardiac function,quality of life,ventricular remodling,and decrease MACE in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure.
