探讨手术治疗外伤性脾破裂效果及预后影响因素分析

目的探讨手术治疗外伤性脾破裂效果及预后影响因素分析。方法选择该院收治的外伤性脾破裂患者51例,分析手术治疗的疗效及预后影响因素。结果 51例患者经过治疗后,痊愈49例,死亡1例,好转1例,治愈率为96.1%。受伤后至处理时间、脉率、收缩压、肠麻痹、全腹肌紧张、出血量、脾脏损伤分级、合并其他脏器损伤是影响预后的危险因素。结论根据外伤性脾破裂患者的具体情况,针对性的选择手术方法,治愈率高,减少了并发症,保留了具备保脾条件患者的脾功能。重视并干预影响脾破裂患者的预后因素,减少并发症的发生率和死亡率。

Efficacy of surgical treatment for traumatic splenic rupture and prognostic factors

Objective To investigate efficacy of surgical treatment for traumatic splenic rupture and prognostic factors. Methods We selected 51 cases with traumatic splenic rupture in our hospital, analyzed efficacy of surgical treatment and prognostic factors. Results After treatment of 51 patients ,49 cases（96.1% ）cured and 1 case died. Period from being hurt to treatment, pulse rate, systolic blood pressure, intestinal paralysis, abdominal tension, blood loss, computed tomography staging and other combined traumatic organ were the risk factors. Conclusion According to the specific situation of patients with traumatic splenic rupture, targeted selecting surgery method has high curative rate,reduce the complications, retains splenic function of patients with spleen-preserving conditions. It is vital to attach importance to intervene prognostic factors affecting patients with splenic rupture,which can reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.
