肾肿瘤236例病理分类及影像学检查对比分析

目的 :提高对肾癌的临床诊断、分期及病理学分类的水平。方法 :回顾性分析2 36例肾肿瘤病人的不同病理类型的 B超、CT的检查结果 ,并分析造成误诊的原因。结果 :不同病理类型的 B超、CT影像学特点不同。本组 CT诊断肾癌准确率为 93.2 % ( 2 2 0 /2 36) ,B超诊断准确率 90 .5 % ( 2 0 9/2 31 ) ,B超在肾错构瘤、乳头状肾细胞癌及肾盂癌方面的诊断准确率明显低于 CT检查。IVU和 (或 )逆行肾盂造影检查的诊断准确率 42 .1 %。结论 :B超和 CT检查各有自身的影像学特点 ,任何一项检查必须结合病人病史及可能的疾病病理特点来选择 ,这样才能从根本上提高其检查的准确率

Analysis of kidney neoplasms in pathology classification and radiography test (an analysis of 236 cases)

Objective:To investigate the imaging features in different pathological of kidney neoplasms. Methods:The results of B-ultrasonography, CT of 236 cases in different pathology kidney neopplasms were analyzed retrospectively; the reasons of misdiagnosis were analysed. Results:The accurate rate of B-ultrasonography, CT, IVP/ retrograde pyelography was 93.2%(220/236), 90.5%(209/231) and 42.1% (8/19) in kindey cancer. The accurate rate of B-ultrasonography was lower than CT in diagnosis of angiomyolipoma, Papillaryrenal cell carcinoma and carcinoma of renal pelvis. Conclusion:B-ultrasonography, CT has different characteristics itself. The selected test should be combined together with the history and possible pathology of illness. The exact diagnosis of test might be enhanced from basic in this way.
