| 摘 要： | 肝主疏泄实质上是对气机的疏泄。中焦脾升胃降的气机有赖于肝疏泄气机来斡旋。气机疏泄太过,木旺克土,土受克而动;气机疏泄不及,木不疏土,土无力以运。肝失疏泄有太过、不及之分,故对脾运化的影响也不同。"木不疏土"较"木旺克土"使脾运化功能减退得更加严重。 |

| Abstract: | Liver governing conveyance and dispersion is meant to convey and disperse qi activity.The qi activity of spleen-rising and stomach descending in middle energizer relies on liver conveying and dispersing qi activity.The excessive conveyance and dispersion of qi activity may cause sthenia of the wood,which may restrict the earth,then the earth may be hyperactive; while the inexcessive conveyance and dispersion of qi activity may cause the failure of the wood dispersing the earth,and the earth may fail to transport.The excessive or inexcessive of liver governing conveyance and dispersion may have different influence on the transportation and transformation of liver. |
