肺泡蛋白沉积症的影像学诊断

目的分析肺泡蛋白沉积症（PAP）的X线和CT表现,提高对本病的认识和诊断能力。方法回顾性分析4例经病理证实的PAP X线、CT表现,分析其影像学特征,并比较其中一例经全肺灌洗术治疗前后的影像学改变。结果 4例PAPX线及CT影像上均可见斑片状磨玻璃样影或肺泡实变影,CT图像上病变呈典型的地图样分布,并可见铺路石征。1例经全肺灌洗术治疗的PAP,其CT表现可见明显好转。结论 CT可以明确显示PAP的病变范围和程度,并且具有典型影像学表现,是PAP首选的诊断方法,并对病情有判断价值。

The imaging diagnosis of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis

Objective To investigate the x-ray and CT features of the pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP）,so as to improve diagnosis.Methods The X-ray、CT performance of four PAP cases which had been confirmed by pathological examination were retrospective analyzed,summarizing the imaging features,and comparing the image changes of one case treated by whole lung lavage.Results Diffuse patchy ground glass opacities and airspace consolidation were observed in all 4 cases.Typically distributed geographically and crazy-paving appearance was observed in CT images.The CT performance of one case treated by whole lung lavage showed markedly improved.Conclusion CT can clearly demonstrate the scope and extent of PAP and show typical imaging features,which can be used as preferred diagnostic method,and has some value in evaluation of PAP.
