尿蛋白质组学在心血管疾病生物标志物研究中的应用

当前心血管疾病的患病率及病死率处于上升阶段，因此筛选出新的心血管疾病生物标志物尤为重要。传统上，血液一直是研究最广泛的生物标志物来源。近年来，随着尿蛋白质组学更广泛地应用于临床，尿液作为生物标志物的来源引起了学术界的广泛关注，这将有助于更好地了解心血管疾病的病理生理，定义新的用于预测、诊断和指导治疗的生物标志物，并有助于确定新的治疗靶点。该综述介绍了当前尿蛋白质组学的研究进展和已知的心血管疾病尿液中特征性标志物研究的主要发现。

Application of urinary proteomics in study of cardiovasculardisease biomarkers

The prevalence and mortality rate of cardiovascular disease in China is still on the rise, so it isespecially important to screen out new cardiovascular disease biomarkers. Traditionally, blood has been the mostwidely studied source of biomarkers. In recent years, urinary proteomics has become more widely used in clinicallyrelevant issues, and the use of urine as a biomarker has attracted widespread attention in academia. This can help tobetter understand pathophysiological process of cardiovascular disease, allow the definition of new biomarkers forpredicting, diagnosing, guide clinical treatment, and help identify new therapeutic targets. This paper describes thecurrent research advance in urinary proteomics and the major finding in the study of characteristic markers in theurine of known cardiovascular diseases, and prospects for future development.
