中药脐贴联合穴位按摩治疗老年功能性便秘的效果观察

目的探讨中药脐贴结合穴位按摩对老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月在南京医科大学附属苏州医院因功能性便秘住院的80例患者,采取编码抽签形式随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予口服通便药物,试验组增加中药脐贴(沉气散)敷脐和腹部穴位按摩。观察两组疗效的差异。结果试验组治愈27例,有效12例,无效1例,有效率达97. 5%。对照组治愈8例,有效15例,无效17例,有效率为57. 5%。试验组治疗便秘效果较对照组更为显著(P<0. 05)。结论中药脐贴联合腹部穴位按摩治疗老年功能性便秘方法简单易行,疗效较好。

Efficacy of navel paster combined with acupoint massage in the elderly patients with functional constipation

Objective To explore the curative effect of navel paster combined with acupoint massage on senile functional constipation. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 80 patients with functional constipation in Soohow Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with oral cathartic drugs who were compared with the patients in experimental group receivingnavel paster (Shenqisan) and abdominal acupoint massage based on the treatment of control group. Results The effective rate was 97.5% in the experimental group with 27 cases of cure and 12 cases of effectivity. The effective rate was 57.5% in the control group with 8 cases of cure and 15 of effectivity. The effect of constipation in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of navel plaster combined with abdominal acupoint massage is simple and effective for the treatment of senile functional constipation.
