系统化整体护理对阵发性眩晕患者的影响

目的研究系统化整体护理干预对阵发性眩晕患者LSR评分、UCLA眩晕量表评分及焦虑抑郁自评量表评分的影响。方法以2017年1月至2017年12月期间南通大学附属建湖医院收治的120例阵发性眩晕患者为研究对象。使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用系统化整体护理模式。对比观察治疗护理2周后两组患者的治疗效果、眩晕症状评分、生活满意度及心理状况。结果观察组治疗有效率为81. 67%,高于对照组的53. 33%,P<0. 05;观察组眩晕症状与功能评分高于对照组,UCLA评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组LSR评分高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论系统化整体护理模式对于阵发性眩晕患者症状的改善具有明显作用,通过降低患者负面情绪的发生,提升了患者生活满意度,促进了患者康复。

Effect of holistic nursing on patients with vertigo

Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing intervention on LSR score, UCLA vertigo scale and the self rating scale of anxiety and depression in patients with paroxysmal vertigo. Methods In this study, 120 cases of paroxysmal vertigo treated in Jianhu Hospital of Nantong University from January 2017 to December 2017 were divided into observation group and control group randomly with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing mode, while the observation group adopted the holistic nursing mode. The curative effect, vertigo symptom score, life satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared after 2-week treatment. Results The clinical effect of the observation group (81.67%) was obviously higher than that in control group (53.33%). The scores of vertigo symptoms and function in observation group were higher than those in control group. UCLA score was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). LSR score in observation group was higher than that in control group. SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The overall nursing model has a significant effect on the improvement of the symptoms of paroxysmal vertigo patients by reducing the negative emotion of the patients and improving the patient"s life satisfaction.
