| 摘 要： | 介绍ICD-11中文版修订情况，从编码框架、新增章节、编码组配形式、疾病诊断术语4方面分析ICD-11中文版和ICD-10的差异。指出ICD-11中文版的使用对医疗机构提出的挑战并给出相应对策，包括重视ICD-11重要作用、加强其应用深度和广度等方面。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the modification of Chinese version of ICD-11, and analyzes the distinction of Chinese version of ICD-11 and ICD-10 from four aspects of code frame, newly added chapter, code assembling method, and disease diagnosis terms. It points out the challenges brought by the use of Chinese version of ICD-11 to medical institution and provides corresponding countermeasures, including focusing on the important role played by ICD-11, enhancing its application depth and width, etc. |
