经胃镜下置入鼻空肠管患者术中预防误吸的干预效果及观察

目的：观察经胃镜下置入鼻空肠管术患者发生误吸的情况并分析总结预防误吸的干预措施；方法：选取我科室2018年9月—12月行胃镜下置入鼻空肠管术的98例患者为对照组，给予常规护理措施，选取2019年2月—5月行胃镜下置入鼻空肠管术的93例患者为干预组，在对照组常规护理措施的基础上实施预防误吸的干预措施，观察两组置管过程中误吸的发生率；结果：对照组误吸发生率13.27%（13/98），干预组误吸发生率2.15%（2/93），低于对照组，P<0.05，有统计学意义；讨论：对胃镜下置入鼻空肠管患者采取预防误吸的干预措施可降低误吸发生率，保证胃镜下置入鼻空肠管患者的安全，减少并发症的发生。

Observation on the intervention and effect of endoscopic nasointestinal tube implantation to prevent aspiration

Discussion: Intervention measures to prevent aspiration in patients with endoscopic nasojejunal tube implantation can reduce the incidence of aspiration, ensure the safety of patients with endoscopic nasojejunal tube implantation, and reduce the incidence of complications.
