国内房颤治疗领域研究热点主题分析

目的：分析房颤治疗领域的研究热点主题，为临床和基础科研工作提供有价值的参考。方法：从CNKI、万方期刊论文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库检索房颤治疗领域的相关文献，采用Bicomb 2.0、Excel、SPSS 22.0、Ucinet 6.0等软件进行分析。结果：国内房颤治疗领域研究高频关键词共计61个且与核心作者关系密切。通过聚类分析，可分为15类，包含3个核心研究主题、7个边缘研究主题、5个潜力研究主题，但暂无独立研究主题。结论：国内房颤治疗的研究正处于快速发展阶段，其核心作者与研究主题之间关系密切，但仍有继续深入研究和扩大主题范围的空间，总体研究不够成熟。

Hot topics in domestic studies on AF treatment

Objective To provide the valuable reference for clinical and basic researches on AF treatment by analyzing its hot topics in domestic studies. Methods The papers on AF treatment were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Database for Journal Papers, and VIP Database for Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals and analyzed with Biocomb2.0, Excel, SPSS 22.0 and Ucient 6.0 respectively. Results A total of 61 high-frequency key words were detected in domestic papers on AF treatment, which were closely related with their core authors. Cluster analysis showed that they could be divided into 15 study topics (including 3 core study topics, 7 frontier study topics and 5 potential study topics). No independent study topics were detected. Conclusion The domestic studies on AF treatment are in a rapid development period. Their core authors are closely related with the relationship between study topics. The domestic studies on AF treatment are not mature and leave a large room for the further study on AF treatment and further expansion of its topic scope.
