| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量阿斯匹林预防妊娠高血压的作用。方法以2003年4月至2004年8月间妊娠高血压高危孕妇200例为研究对象,随机分为2组,实验组给予小剂量阿斯匹林,并观察其妊高征、胎盘早剥的发生率及产后出血情况。结果实验组中轻度、中度、重度妊高征的发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著;实验组胎盘早剥2例,对照组无胎盘早剥;两组间产后出血量无明显差异。结论小剂量阿斯匹林可以降低妊娠期高血压发病率,且不增加产后出血量。 |

| Abstract: | Objectiv To study the effects of small dosage aspirin prevents hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods Take 200 cases who maybe suffer hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from April of 2003 to August of 2004 in Zhongshan Bo-Ai hospital,divided into 2 groups,the control group gived small dosage aspirin every day.And observed the ratio of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage situation these two groups suffered.Results The ratio of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancyis obvious difference and postpartum hemorrhage situation is no difference in theses two groups. Conclusion Small dosage aspirin may reduce the ratio of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and does not increase postpartum hemorrhage quantity. |
