摘    要:本文围绕国家中职改革发展示范校建设,理清“一二三四五”的建设思路,即围绕一个核心,强化二个建设,完成三个转变,实现四个突破,改革五个体系,探讨了示范校建设中应注意的问题.在国家中职改革发展示范校建设中,认真研讨三部委9号文件精神,理清“一二三四五”的建设思路,在思想上、组织上、管理上、经费上建立保障体系.采用“请进来、走出去”的专业建设道路,初步建立“岗·课·证”相融通的基本的校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式和各具特色的重点建设专业人才培养方式.构建以工作过程为主导的项目化课程体系,实行“教、学、练、做”一体化的教学模式.成立校企合作工作委员会和各专业建设指导委员会,实行专家指导常态制、校企合作项目制、工学结合双向督导制,初步建立良好的校企合作、工学结合的运行机制.实行兼职教师常规制、教师培养系列制、教师实践轮训制,在人才培养模式与课程体系改革、师资队伍建设和校企合作工学结合运行机制建设三个方面扎扎实实开展了国家中职示范校建设.

Abstract:This article is about the national reform and development of national level demonstrative secondary voca- tional school construction. It clarifies the constructive idea of one, two, three, four, five, that is, surrounding a core, strengthening two constructions, completing three transformations, realizing four breakthroughs and reforming five sys- tems. It analyses the problems which should be paid attention to the construction of national level demonstrative schools. In the national reform and development of national level demonstrative secondary vocational schools construc- tion, they discuss carefully about the spirit of the 9th document issued by the three ministries. Then they clarify the constructive idea of one, two, three, four, five and establish the security system from thought, organization, management and funds. They adopt the concept "please come in and go out" in professional construction road. Then they initially establish personnel training model of "Job-Course-Certificate" which is the integration of school-enterprise coopera- tion, school-industry cooperation and construction of characteristic medical specialty. They construct the working pro- cess as the leading project of curriculum system and implement this integrative teaching model- "teaching, learning, practicing, finishing". They set up the school-enterprise cooperation committee and steering committee of all profes- sional constructions. By implementing regular guidance from experts system, school-enterprise cooperation project sys- tem and school-industry cooperation bidirectional supervision system in order to establish a good operational system of school-enterprise cooperation and school-industry cooperation. Then they continue to implementing the routine system of part-time teachers, teachers training series system and teachers take turn to practice system so as to perfect the con- structive system which considers the six measures as the core and eight items system for the protection of the teaching staff construction system. From personnel training mode, the curriculum system reform, teaching staff construction and the operational system of school-enterprise cooperation and school-industry cooperation aspects, they solidly carry out the construction of national level demonstrative secondary vocational school.
