摘    要:
研究新生儿疾病对极低体重儿智能发育的影响。方法 应用麦卡锡智能量表对91例极低体重儿进行了4-9年随访追踪研究。结果 患不同程度新生儿疾病的极低体重IQ值存在显著差异;经多元逐步回归分析显示:NRDS,重度窒息,呼吸暂停,化脓悸脑膜炎,核黄疸,惊厥,高血糖,肺炎等新生儿疾病对极低体重儿智能发育有显著影响。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of neoneatal diseases on intelligent development in very low birth weight infants. Methods Follow investigation was made in 91 children aged 4 to 9years with premature very low birth weight using Mikacin child intelligence test tabl. Results There were significant differences of IQ in different groups with different newborn infant's diseases( P <0.0001).Analysis of stepwise regression showed that the main newborn diseases which affect intelligence of very low birth weight infants were the NRDS,the degree of asphgxia neonatorum, neonatal apnea, pyogenic meningitis, kernicterus, neonatal convulsions, neonatal hyperglycemia and neonatal pneumonia. Conclusions Clinic doctors should improve the predictability of high risk, diseases affected in telligent development and take preventive measure in very low birth weight infants early,administrate the intervention events for living very low birth weight infants more early.
