基于BP神经网络的科技战略情报研究需求理解评价研究

摘    要:分析了科技战略情报研究需求理解的概念内涵,提出了需求理解评价总体思路。从重要度和可实现度两个维度构建了科技战略情报需求理解评价的指标体系,建立了基于BP神经网络的科技战略情报需求理解评价模型,并通过案例验证了用于构建科技战略情报研究需求理解评价模型的方法,为科学实施科技战略情报研究需求分析工作提供了新思路和新途径。

Abstract:The concepts and connotations of demand understanding in studies on scientific and technological strategic intelligence were analyzed with the total idea proposed for the demand understanding evaluation. The indicator system for scientific and technological strategic intelligence was established according to its importance and achievability. The model of demand understanding evaluation for scientific and technological strategic intelligence was established based on BP neural network. The methods used in establishing the demand understanding evaluation model of scientific and technological strategic intelligence were verified by case studies, which can provide new ideas and approaches for analyzing the demand of scientific and technological strategic intelligence.
