关于医学实习生人文素质教育的思考

面对21世纪社会发展和卫生保健系统出现的新困境,现代医学已经形成新的目标。要求正确认识人文素质的内涵,明确医学生应当具备的人文素质,以解决当前我国医学教育存在的注重专业知识、技能的传授而忽视人文素质教育的问题。本文着重从强化医学技术与人文关怀结合的专业教育、营造医学院校人文环境、加强社会实践锻炼等几个方面探索了医学实习生人文素质教育的途径,强调把人文素质教育融入医学教育体系的全过程,以培养高素质的医学人才。

Pondering on Medical Interns'''' Humanities-Oriented Education

Faced with social development in the 21st century and dilemma in the healthcare system, modem medicine has already set new goals, which require that medical interns should have a correct understanding of the essence of humanities quality and be clear about the humanities qualities that medical students should possess in order to solve the problem that expertise is emphasized while humanism is neglected in medical education. The article focuses on strengthening professional education which combines medical technology and humanities, constructing humanistic environment at medical universities, and strengthening social practice in the course of humanities-oriented education. Meanwhile, it emphasizes integrating humanities-oriented education in the whole process of medical education to nurture excellent medical personnel.
